We live in an age of the proliferation of information which constantly competes for our limited attention. The modern day mind must filter an assault of marketing, advertising and gadgetry incessantly presented to 'enhance' and 'improve' our lives. |

And yet, the digital age has seen an increase in the demand for myth and fantasy. So what does the time tested, technological-less experience of myth and storytelling offer us today? Myths offer us meaning that is not literal; it is experiential. They do not spell out what we seek to understand. Instead, we must process myths from an inner understanding. Myths must be interpreted; they are customizeable in that their lessons may be tailored to our unique experience of the world. We infer meaning from the symbols, events and archetypes that mimic the journey of life.
